At the same time Google plus have satisfied their customer more than facebook. American customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI) announced the report of customer satisfaction of social sites in 2012. The report says that,
The main cause behind this is due to the defects in facebook. Facebook newly added a new services called facebook time line . Most users do not like the time line feature which is why this happened. ACSI report shows facebook customer satisfaction graph decreasing from 69 points to 61 points.
Wikipedia is the best customer satisfied site securing 78 points and Google plus is also on the same level with the same point. Another main thing to be noted is that other social media sites including pinterest (points 69), twitter(points 64), Linkedin (points 63) are above the graph of facebook. So facebook must try to increase their customer satisfaction.
