Sony officially announced its new smartphone, Xperia P and Xperia U. These are the smaller version of Xperia S.
Xperia P comes with 4" Display with 540 x 960 qHD resolution. And 8mp camera with 1080p
HD video recording. Xperia P have dual core Nova Thor u8500 processor and 1Gb RAM.
It is an aluminium unibody device.
Xperia U comes with 3.5" display with 480 x 854 resolution and 5 mp camera with 720p HD video recording.
Xperia U have dualcore 1 GHz processor and 512MB RAM.
