The new looks in Xperia Arc after switching to icecream sandwich

This article is going to explain you about the new looks in my Sony xperia arc after switching to the android version 4.0.4 icecream sandwich. Overall the new look is awesome More features are added to the previous version of gingerbread. One special thing is that Sony Ericsson is changed to Sony after the transformation. On switching on the mobile, only Sony and Xperia is displayed on the screen in place of Sony Ericsson. Another change is that the position of all select button and ok button is also swapped which also makes the usgae difficult initially. it is nice but the previous one is comparatively better than this. Other main changes after switching to icecream sandwich on xperia arc are as follows.






Menu Icons 

Menu icons are totally different from previous version of gingerbread. the new icons are more appealing and attractive.

Phone Dial 

Phone dial is completely changed. In the new version there is dial plus search mode. That is a list of matched contacts are displayed when you start dialing the numbers. It is more helpful.

Gallery 

In the new version there are two galleries, one is Xperia gallery and other is only Gallery. Xperia gallery is the same normal android gallery. And the other gallery shows data's in different mode

Camera

Camera option is also altered to a new look. There is also an additional option called the capture method. In the icecream sandwich version, there is an option of switch button on screen.

Settings

Settings menu look is also descent. There are additional option like Dock and Developer option. Developer option has many sub options as well.

Gmail and Talk

In icecream sandwich version gmail is more better than the previous version. We also get an option to open next mail to move side by side.
Talk has also got new look showing pictures of each contacts.
