Every one uses facebook daily whether its during their working time or study time. Most of them are always on
facebook. We pass our time by checking notifications, messages and friends requests. But there are many more options and tricks available on facebook. But most of us are not aware of these tricks on facebook. Here I am introducing some of the useful facebook tricks that will make facebook more interesting. Some of you might be knowing these tricks. Anyways I am sharing it for those who do not know about this.
Chat Only With Selected Friends
When you are online it will show all of your friends on facebook chat. But facebook also offers an option for chatting only with your selected friends. This option will hide others from your chat. This is a good option for users.
Just go to your facebook chat and click on the options. You will find an option of advanced settings. Click on the advanced setting and select "Turn on chat for only some friends" Then enter the names of friends with whom you want to chat and save. There after it will show only your selected friends.
Time Line Photo Re position
While uploading a photo on your facebook time line, the photo might appear in different position. You can re position the photos at any time as per your requirements. This option is shown while updating the photos.
Add Photo To Map
This is one best option for all travelers traveling around different places in the world. They can upload their photos on facebook by adding places where the photo was taken. While adding photos there is also an option to add to map and this will enable you to add photos to different places on the map.
Hide Your App Notifications
Some apps are boring. It will simply show notifications about the
apps. This will make the person to delete or remove the app. But now you don't have to delete the app because you get an option to hide the notifications.
For hiding the apps notifications. Go to account settings on your facebook where you will see notifications options. Click on it and customize your notifications.
Upload High Quality Photos
Now you can upload high quality photos on facebook. When you are uploading new photos on your facebook account, you can see an option for high quality. This will make your photos of high resolution. So it will be more clear. Tick on high quality photos while uploading new photos.
Download Your Facebook History
If you want to see your facebook history at one place you can download it from facebook. The facebook history will show details starting from the day you joined facebook. It will display all details regarding your updates and activities. You can download it from account settings.
"View as" Time Line Option
Most of us never mind our profiles. People ignore to check on their profile. They do not check the updates or activities viewed by others on their timeline. We can decide on what is to be shown or what is not be shown on our timeline. This can be changed and set in the privacy settings. On clicking "view as" after setting the requirements, we will be able to see how our profile looks to people visiting it
Forward Your Facebook Chat
Now you don't have to copy paste your chat in order to forward it to others. Go to "action" on your chat menu and select forward and type the name to whom you want to send the messages.
