Sony had announced the update availability for xperia arc and neo on march. And now its available for all xperia arc and neo users. The latest version icecream sandwich is more better than the previous version of gingerbread. It completely changes to new look. And if you are using Sonyericsson Xperia arc, after the updation to icecreame sandwich it change your mobile phone to only Sony.
The android version of icecream sandwich will be downloaded to your Sony pc companion. So first you need to download Sony pc companion from Sony website. And connect your xperia arc or neo to your computer. That will show when new version is available for your mobile phone. If it is available, click on the update button. And follow the instructions step by step.
Note: It will take a lot of time for updating your mobile phone. When it shows some error, close it and try again. the update speed is based on your internet connection.
