After 16 years of journey Microsoft Hotmail is now ceased. World's number one and Microsoft's email service Hotmail is now changed to outlook.com. Hotmail was more effected by the entrance of Yahoo and Google. The monthly activators of Hotmail was less compared to
Google. But it was not a huge difference. If Google gets 425 million monthly activators, Hotmail had been getting 365 million. Nevertheless, Hotmail is still effected by this minor difference. Now Microsoft have rebooted Hotmail to Outlook.com, with new and more features.
Sabeer Bhatia from India and Jack Smith launched Hotmail in 1996 which was later taken up by Microsoft. Microsoft had then many new features to Hotmail but now Hotmail is further more modified. They completely changed to Outlook.com and added new features. We can check out the following new features on outlook.com

Facebook updates on your mail itself. And also you can like the post,comment and re tweet easily on your Outlook mail itself.
Clean Design
Outlook has a clean and simple design. no ads are shown on the mail page. Outlook is more simple than Gmail.
Messenger And Skype Support
Outlook enables chatting with windows live messenger. Skype is also supported with chatting and video chatting. Skype in outlook was introduced later, after setup of launch. Hence we can assume that even Yammer will be introduced in outlook in future. With these newly added features outlook is made different from other companies.
